Elizabeth Roads has been Dean of Guild of Stirling since late 2019. 

Her career was principally in the Court of the Lord Lyon where she held the office of Lyon Clerk and Keeper of the Records from 1986 to 2018 and was an Officer of Arms in 1987 and from 1992 to 2021. 

She is a Trustee of a number of charities and organisations both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
