Councillor Susan McGill was elected as Councillor to Stirling Council in May 2017 and as the Leader of Stirling Council on 10th November 2025.

Susan is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor and has worked in the NHS in various roles for 44 years.

In addition to her role as a Councillor, Susan is a Board Member for Stirling Community Enterprise

Councillor Susan McGill was nominated to be one of five serving Councillor Patrons on the Cowane’s Trust by the Elected Members of Stirling Council Wards 4, 5, and 6 and has been a Trustee since May 2017.
